[ More ] Save a Life Program offers unique experience to Sailors The "Save a Life Tour" made a stop at NAS Jacksonville Jan. 24-25. The program travels across the nation to educate young adults about the dangers of drunk driving. Sailors were able to participate in a non-traditional opportunity to experience a state-of-the-art, interactive driving experience that simulates driving under the influence of alcohol. HS-75 disestablishing after 36 Years Next month will mark the end of a 36-year service to the fleet as HS-75 disestablishes. The squadron will hold a disestablishment ceremony on their final drill weekend, Feb. 25, and the official disestablishment date is March 1. NAS Jax firefighter chasing big dreams Firefighter Johanna Barry has recently stepped into the NAS Jacksonville Fire Department as the only female currently working as a firefighter for the federal station.
